CueCare is designed as a local reminder and logging app. It does not use cloud sync, does not create user accounts, and does not share your app data with us.

This Privacy Policy explains how CueCare handles information. CueCare is a continence reminder app that helps users and caregivers remember pad checks, pad changes, and follow up reminders.
Information stored in the app
CueCare may allow you to record information such as change times, check times, pad condition, reminder settings, quiet hours, and app preferences. This information is stored locally on your device for the purpose of running reminders, showing history, and helping you understand recent patterns.
No cloud sync or remote storage
CueCare does not provide cloud sync. Your logged app information is not uploaded to a CueCare server. We do not operate a remote database that stores your continence logs, reminder history, or pad condition records.
No account creation
CueCare does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, password, or profile details through the app.
No sharing of app data
We do not sell, rent, or share your CueCare app data with advertisers, analytics companies, data brokers, or other third parties. Your local app entries are for your own use on your device.
Notifications
CueCare uses local notifications to remind you about checks, changes, or follow up actions. These notifications are scheduled on your device based on your settings and app history. Notification content may appear on your device lock screen depending on your operating system notification settings.
Analytics and tracking
CueCare does not use third party advertising trackers. If you later add analytics, crash reporting, cloud backup, or any online service, this policy should be updated before release to explain what is collected and why.
Health and sensitive information
Continence related logs may be considered personal or sensitive. CueCare is designed to keep this information on your device. You should use your device passcode, biometric lock, and notification privacy settings if you want to limit who can see app information or reminders.
Backups
Your device operating system may include general device backup features. Depending on your device settings, app data may be included in your device backup. CueCare does not control your device backup settings. Please check your Apple iCloud or device backup settings if you want to understand or change backup behaviour.
Deleting your data
You can delete CueCare data by using any delete or reset options provided inside the app, if available, or by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app may remove local app data from the device, subject to your operating system and backup settings.
Children and families
CueCare may be used by caregivers or families to support care routines. The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children, and it does not transmit local app logs to us.
